Editorial UCALP has 40 years of uninterrupted work. Its history goes back to the late 1970s, when, under the name Editorial y Talleres Gráficos de la Universidad Católica de La Plata (Publishing House and Graphic Workshops of the Catholic University of La Plata), it took the first steps into the development of a very extensive catalogue including, among other titles, the Straubinger Bible, the so-called "Platense Bible", of which three editions have already been made. With the clear goal of strengthening academic education and supporting teaching, research and outreach, our imprint publishes works aimed at the university's community: teachers and students; but it also has a great connection with the rest of the society. Through the publication of works of our own academic production and external authors, our publishing house contributes to the fundamental dialogue between university and society.
