EDUNSE

Universidad Nacional de Santiago del Estero

Argentina

EDUNSE, the Academic Publishing House of the National University of Santiago del Estero, North of Argentina, was founded in 2012. We consider this University Press as the essential instrument for the significance of the University and its integration in society through the publication and promotion of cultural productions of academic quality, carried out by authors from the same university and other universities, with the aim of fostering the socialization of knowledge and, thus, complying with one of the basic functions of public universities. EDUNSE maintains a strong commitment to the readers. Therefore, our catalog combines scientific and academic production with the publication of cultural texts characterized by conceptual soundness and a high aesthetic value on the basis of the principles of bibliodiversity. The themes included in our collections consist of a variety of contents associated mainly with the Social and Human Sciences (Education, History, Social Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Ethnography, Cultural Studies, Philosophy, Cultural Heritage of Santiago del Estero and the Argentine Northwest region, among others). There has also been an increasing development in topics related to the Arts (Music and Literature in all genres), the Exact Sciences and Technology (Engineering), and the Natural Sciences (Agronomy, Environmental Studies, Forestry Economics, among others).
