Universidad Externado de Colombia is dedicated primarily to the teaching and researching of Social Sciences with a humanistic conception within a pluralistic, philosophy of tolerance, educational freedom, open to all currents of thought, religious beliefs and political ideologies. Its publishing fund publishes academic text whose authors, most of them, are professors from the same university and other well-known foreign authors.
